Hi Rich,

I read on another post about you the sun and psoriasis, I work beside a friend who has psoriasis due to RA and she gets light therapy treatment at the hospital, it has made a huge difference to her skin. Might be worth thinking about.

Think the intermittent betnovate and Dovonox and little bits of sun i get seem to be keeping it at bay at the moment :).
But i know enough now not to let it go unchecked as it gets worse very quickly .
Had a friend when i had just left school who used to have light/UV treatment .. and yes that was a little while ago :)

Again thanks for the info :) hard enough to get a Rheumy appt let alone added extras ;) hehe
